BMX expert Kriss Kyle achieves a jaw-dropping jump over a speeding Formula 1 car.
Precision was crucial for Kriss Kyle as he attempted a daring stunt: a single error could have turned his BMX jump over an F1 car into a disaster. To attempt this world-first feat, the team chose Goodwood Motor Circuit, near Chichester in the UK, on July 14, 2025, as the venue.
Describing the stunt as one of the most terrifying challenges of his career, Scottish BMX rider Kriss Kyle recently shared footage of himself soaring over a Formula 1 car barreling beneath him. The F1 driver behind the wheel was none other than David Coulthard, the renowned motorsport legend and former Red Bull Racing driver, also hailing from Scotland.

To successfully complete the stunt, Kyle had to time his jump perfectly to clear the car as it sped underneath, ensuring he reached sufficient height while airborne.
Starting BMX riding at just 10 years old in his hometown of Stranraer, Scotland, Kriss Kyle has long chased his dream of becoming a professional BMX athlete. Celebrated for his innovative riding style and eye-catching videos, he frequently pushes creative boundaries. In 2024, he even took his mountain bike on an epic descent down a UNESCO World Heritage site in the Swiss Alps, capturing breathtaking footage.
